Preppy started off as a spreadsheet which we'd use on Sunday night to get the ingredients we needed for the week. It helped but it was still time consuming to add new recipes and to populate the shopping cart. One sleepless night, that changed and Preppy was born.

Magic. Not really. We intelligently parse recipe sites to get the ingredient list. Then we integrate with grocery stores to make shopping a breeze.

Preppy automatically keeps track of items you purchase. When you add an ingredient to your cart, it is categorized as a Pantry or Perishable item. Recently purchased pantry items are marked so you can easily remove duplicates.

Since Preppy keeps your pantry updated automatically, items are removed as they are used in recipes or when they expire based on typical usage patterns.

Currently, Preppy only tracks purchases made through the platform. However, we’re exploring options for manual additions in future updates!
